New Guy
« on: January 27, 2012, 10:31:53 am »
Hello Everyone. New to the forum. I've been in these forums alot when google searching stuff for my truck so I figured it was time to join in. I'm from Ontario, Canada and we get all types of weather here and have all sorts of terrain. I'll be using my truck in mostly mud, but a few buddies of mine and I do alot of trails and just hit whatever comes our way. Truck is a DD, although I do have a crappy little Mazda Protege to save me some money on fuel.

Truck is a 1987 GMC half ton. 305 TBI in it now with TH400 and NP208 TCase. Hope to be doing a mild lift (3"-4") and my SBC 400 from a 74 Caprice I picked up. When I bought the truck, the box was ratchet strapped on, had essentially no exhaust, no rocker panels and no drivers side floor. A few months of work on it and I've got it respectable now.

Nice to be part of the site.
