The 79 blazer my son just picked up had the opposite effect, blinkers would not work but parking lights would.  We just cleaned all connections real good and they went back to working.
I would first start by identifying if you have power at the parking lights, pick one light that is easiest to get to and with a volt meter check to see if you have power there and work your way back to the source (the switch and then the fuse box), remember that these old trucks do weird things because of grounds, so make sure they are clean and making good grounds.
Keep us informed, I am sure more will chime in also.

Was everything working prior to cleaning the dash circuit panel? Did the situation arise after you replaced the headlamp switch?

everything was working before i replace the circuit panel, when i change the headlight switch it fixed the dome light, but parking lights still not working and cluster lights same.. i checked the headlight connector but looks fine,no burn wires or  loose wires, the turn signal and parking lights are on different circuit right?
