Soeedometer stuck

The speedometer is stuck on 65 i unplug it and its still stuck how do i fix this

usually that means the spring internally is broken.   The odometer will still register if the cable is good yet.  There is a post in the classifieds that there are some used ones for sale.

There are also companies that will repair them, but it could cost more than a junkyard replacement.  You would have to check your particular case.
