I'd put a movie theater down there with a couple of 10,000 watt subwoofers and a poker table.  Kick the cars out.

     That is pretty impressive even for Tahoe, and I have seen some expensive homes in Tahoe, at one time it was where all the stars used to go to relax.

Its crazy, I saw this on streetfire.net and this guy has a chevy cruze down there ... I park mine in my dirt drive way

maybe that's all he can afford after that garage!  I have a feeling if I had that, there would be a square body truck in it :))  just sayin'  ;)
