Ight I jus bought pro comp 320cc heads, i need some info on them...also I need a pushrod length, I'm running a .680-.680 lift cam, full roller. Any help would be great. The valves are .250 and .100 longer...

The place you bought them from do they have a tech. department ?  If so they would be able to help.

You can buy an adjustable pushrod checker from Summit and get your measurements.

Depends on who you ask.  I personally haven't used them.
A Google search should fill you in, and take up a week of your time.

If you've already purchased them, isn't it a little late asking for an opinion?
