Suburban '80 interior questions

I have some questions about the interior of my Suburban, and I'll start with the first one. It's a Suburban C10 Cheyenne from 1980. The front sofa has nothing to do with the rear sofa or rear door insides, where does this sofa come from, anyone knows? It doesn't really matter, I am just curious. Sorry about the lousy quality photo.

Are you saying the front seat or the door trims do not match the rear seat or door trim ? If that is your question, post pics of the fronts compared to the back. It might be that somebody swapped out the front seat and doors from the same vehicle to your suburban. Though I have seen some suburbans and crew cabs with different looking front seats, (styling was a little different) but always had the same door trim.

Well, the back seat and back door trims match each other, and seem original. The backseat is folded right now, and with a sort of "fence" to prevent cargo from crushing the front seat. I will fix it later and take photos. The front doors come from another car anyway, and the front sofa as well. The rear sofa and door trim are brown-ish, and I think the car was originally painted brown from the factory, before the Swedish airforce bought it and painted it green, so it would have matched.

OK, so you knew they did not match, you were just wondering if someone could recognize where the front seat came from ?

The chromed trim on the seat back look like 1970's GM truck seat trim pieces. The seat may have been recovered at some point, but the cover material in the photo appears to be something similar to what GM used.
I would say it's probably from a 1970's GM truck (Chevrolet or GMC).

Seat is a 1973-81, the sides are straight. 81-87(91) have a pinch in them. And yes I listed 81 twice as there is a breakover period. Later models have holes for the seatbelts to come through...
