The pins and bushings are definitely replaceable.  One end of the pin is crimped so it has ears that retain it.  You have to grind these off first or just cut the pin in the middle so that end slides right out.  The end of the pin with the head has splines in it and is a light press.  You should be able to beat or pry it out without getting too crazy.  When you install the new pins you can put a small weld on it to perform the function of the ears.  If you don't do that you're probably still okay as the splines should hold the pins in.
