Who has refinished their seats? Where is the cheapest place to buy new seat foam and vinyl kit for new seats?

There has been members who have redone their seats here, when you say cheapest, are you talking straight money without worrying about quality, or do you want cheap that still has good enough quality to last ?
Chris, (the site owner) sell kits to do our seats, they are said to be very good quality, probably not the cheapest you can find, but quality comes with a price.

The foam seems to be the largest investment.  I have seen vinyl seat kits that go over the foam.  Just asking what others have done and what is the best for the money.

Ringeye,
Are you looking to keep the original seat? I just installed a set of Cadillac leather seats in mine. Bought them at the local Pull-A-Part for $65. It doesnt get much cheaper than that :)

I sell both the seat covers and the foam.  The foam is expensive and expensive to ship.  I redid the front seat of my crew cab with them, the seat upholstery runs about $200-250..
