Photoshop

I'm not sure where to put this post.  I am looking to find some information on the photoshop programs some of you guys are using to adjust the looks of trucks.  I have an 83 GMC SWB 2wd.  It is in stock condition with minor rust.  I want to lower it
2"front/2-3"rear.  I also am looking at painting it John Deere Blitz Black with lime green accents.  I am working on the interior right now.  I would like to see what the pickup would look like with different colors.  Again, not sure where this post belongs, but if you could let me know a good program.  Thanks.

The 67-72chevytucks.com community has a photoshop section. Try them , and add a picture of your truck. They did my avitar for me.
