New to the C10 world!!!
« on: June 12, 2012, 02:12:39 pm »
Wassup guys, I just traded my bike for a 1977 c10 Cheyenne. I'm trying to do a restoration on it with me doing most of the work to help keep cost down. I had a quick question because there's someone here in town that is parting out there 85 c30 dually and was wondering if anybody knows if the parts are interchangeable, mainly body parts and door panels. Thanks

The doors will bolt on. I think that there is a difference in the door panels but they will work on your doors.
Everything from the windshield and doors forward is different but can be installed with some work. Here is a link that shows what you would need to do .

Good luck with it and welcome to the site, I noticed it was your first post.

Give me a long enough lever and a place to stand, and I shall move the earth or break this bolt...Whatever, just hold my beer!

X2 on what Thristy said.
Welcome to the site from New Hampshaa as well.

Welcome to the site from California.  You should start a thread introducing yourself under the tab "general site info"  open up the "welcome" tab, that way everyone can say hello.
