'87 V10 SWB
« on: June 23, 2012, 12:39:42 am »
Talked to my dad today and he's letting me use their RV parking space on the side of the house to dismantle my truck down to the frame.

Hoping this next weekend to start taking the body off then using POR-15. I'll be putting up pics during the whole process.

Here's what I'm hoping to do:
  • Coat frame with POR-15
  • Rockers
  • Right rear fender corner
  • Window felts & weather stripping
  • Window motors & regulators
  • Front windshield (small crack)
  • Dent in top, driver's side cab
  • Paint

The easy part is taking it all apart.  The hard part is putting it back together without redoing/fixing everything as you put it back together.  You just want it all to look perfect.
