2wd Lift

I'm thinking of turning my 75 C10 stepside into a fun offroad ride. Does anyone know if the Fabtech 7" long travel kit will work weel with my truck. Fabtech is the only company I have found that offers anything for Chevys that are pre 88.

Also it currently has a 3 speed tranny and I was wonding if it is possible to swap that with a 4 or 5 speed tranny.

I have heard good things about Fabtechs kit, so I would say it will work.

Any transmission can be bolted in with a little modification.  The NV4500 5spd OD is a very popular swap.
