85 gmc c/c dually
« on: July 03, 2012, 07:04:02 pm »
Hey guys, I have been lurking for a while but this is my first post! So I recently was gifted by my girlfriend this very unique crew cab dually. She saw it for sale for 900 bucks and had to get it for me. We drove it from san antonio texas to twin falls idaho with almost no issues (aside from vapor lock in new mexico)I have done very little mechanic work in the past so I will probably have alot of questions. The truck has a 454, edelbrock intake, holley carb, and dual cherry bomb exhaust. It needs some lovin for sure, right now it is my daily driver which kind of sucks because of gas. My plan is to restore it once i get another truck to drive everyday. well thanks for looking, hope yall like the pickup

Welcome to the site from California.  I just got back this week from vacation from Idaho (Preston area, family reunion at twin lakes).
You should stop by the "General site info", under the "welcome" tab and introduce yourself and your truck so everyone can say hi to you.
