Rear Anti-Sway Bars

[1984 K20]

I was wondering if anybody has a rear anti-sway bar or if it is worth buying one. My truck does have a 4in lift and 34's if that matters.
The only one I have found is through JCWhitney. Its made by Hellwig and its about $160. I was also wondering if there are any other makers to choose from. Thanks
