Newbie From SC with 85 C10
« on: July 28, 2012, 08:46:59 pm »
Hi, I am new to your forum.  I fell in love with the 85 Chevy Silverado after seeing it for sale on my way home from shopping 2 years ago.  I don’t know much about it.  I do know it has 350 motor from another vehicle with 3000 miles on it and a rebuilt transmission, dual exhaust.  Since I am female I  am going to add step bars to it to aid in getting in and vent visors to it.  I had it painted.  The side panels were taken off as the painter said they detracted from the finish.  I am looking at stick on strips, but did see some panels on Ebay.   The inside I hope to get redone soon.  Its probably going to look really girly when I finish with it.  Just wanted you guys to see it before I change it.
