91 Fuel injected 454 into an 87 Silverado?

I have a FI 454 out of an old body 91 chevy one ton custom deluxe. I think I have found a cab from an 87 1/2 ton silverado. How hard will it be to make the two work together. I would like to find the air conditioner brackets and put on so I can use the air. I think I still have all the wiring and everything for the 91.

Since both were FI are the fuel pumps the same or does the 454 take more psi. This will be going into the K30 dually that I am trying to piece together. I don't quite know where to start with this.

What year is the k30?

If I end up buying this other frame I am looking at then it will be a 78 dually frame. I have an 84 frame but it is a cab and chassis frame that is about 10' after the cab. I just want 8'.

Was the 91 a R/V or C/K (new body style).  If it is a R/V the whole harness will swap over, if it isn't, I am not 100% sure as I think the Fuse panel changed.

EFI used the same exact pumps for TBI, the injectors are bigger on the 454.

The 454 is out of a square body 91. So are you saying I can just plug the 454 harness into the plugin on the cab and be good? The 454 doesn't have air so how would I go about that.

Yes, that is correct.  The AC wiring is separate, just use what is on the one with AC, just don't cut wires as some will need to be added to the 91 harness.
