factory towing mirrors
« on: September 03, 2012, 11:02:00 pm »
I really like the look and function of the mirrors that came on some trucks, paticularly the ones that mount straight across where the normal mirrors would be and have two more mounting points towards the middle of the door. Were these a factory option or added on by whoever turned the factory trucks into dump bodys, wreckers, etc? is there a company that still makes these or do i have to keep digging through junk yards?

They mostly came on the pre-77 trucks along with Camper trucks.  I don't know of anyone that reproduces them though.
