the part store ones are plastic used 4 in a month im tired if payin 6 a set. anyone have a metal set or know where i can get a metal one

Before they were available aftermarket I just used wooden dowel rods cut to length.  My $.02

ive got ones from O'Reilly's, there metal and they work pretty good, there silver straight ones.

i checked all part stores here all are plastic
