Hello, found the forum off a search and been lurking a few days. Lots of great info. I am presently struggling with an 85 Scottsdale 10 with the stock 305 in it. Mighty rough little beast, it is, lol. Not done much with it yet except put in a new ignition key cylinder and new exhaust. the body is completely shot, the interior is also really bad. Lots and lots to do with this old bird!
A long time ago, my first truck was a 1981 GMC Sierra Classic that my dad gave me upon high school graduation. Wish I still had it! Maybe that's why I'm so stuck on this 85. We'll see how it goes.
