Ranger clutch petel
« on: October 09, 2012, 02:32:51 pm »
I am swapping my 1986 to a stick and i need the clutch/brake petals. so then the other day i was talking to a friend of mine and he suggested using ranger petals since there r a lot more of them available around here. So my question is how much would i have to mod the to get them to fit?

This would be a loaded question.  A ranger as in a small or large pickup?  There would definitely be some modifications required.

Yes. I learned long ago that sometimes you shouldn't take a friends advice. If you look around you will find the pedal you need.

what year ranger? the first and second gen's you can swap a f150 booster to and use. know lot of people who do that when doing a 351 or 454 swap. the 3+ gen are more medium sized truck. vs a small truck the first and second gens are.  I would honestly go more towards a s15 or such. might beable to use it better.
