Muncie SM465
« on: November 19, 2012, 06:19:14 am »
Just the other day I made a deal on a Muncie 4 speed from craigslist and bought it without hesitation. Now I am trying to find the serial number on it to find the specs on it. But the whole transmission is covered with baked grease and makes it impossible to read anything on it esspecially when you dont know where anything is on it. So where is the serial numbers on those transmissions, I like pictures.
If there was no rust when you restore a vehicle, it would be to easy.

I think I recall seeing it on the passenger side on mine - let me look at some pics I took when I had it out.
