Hopes everyone has a happy Thanksgiving. We are all blessed in so many ways that in our everyday lives we tend to take these for granted. For the ones on the road during the holiday, slow down and have a safe trip.

     From the bottom of my heart I hope that everyone on this site has a safe thanksgiving, able to enjoy the time with loved ones and can gain at least 5 lbs.
     Come on if you don't gain weight you did not eat enough.
