I finally found a decent set of tires/rims for the price.  Now I just need to buy some OEM wheel opening moldings and put the quad '85 headlights in it and I will be done with the outside.

      Zieg, if I was ever lucky enough to have a extended cab I would have to drop it and turn it into a weekend cruiser.  I am not into lowered trucks, but I saw one like yours in CA. All lowered at a show and really liked it.

Nice look! You and I have similar tastes except for then it comes to wheel opening mouldings. If we lived a little closer, I might drive over to your place and negotiate a swap. I'd keep those if I were you. I'm a pushover for chrome and striping.

Thanks, believe me I have thought about lowering it a bit.  Being a 1 ton the ride is horrible, I actually hate driving it.  It doesn't have the overload springs just a thick stack of non arched springs.  There is no give.  I am going to address the rear springs first then worry about the front.  It also doesn't have a front stabilizer bar which I think is odd.  If I can get it to ride like my white C20 I'll be happy.

Thanks, I like pure stock on the body but with the new rims these don't look as bad as it did with the painted steel rims.  The ones I want don't have the line in it and are found on the 89-91 Suburbans and are a polished aluminum.
