Looks stock to me. The fenders and the tires are going to get into an argument.

I agree with thirsty looks stock to me as well.  I had an 83 k20 back in high school and ran 33/12.5/16.5 on it with no rubbing.  How you ask.   Well it had heavy duty rear leaf springs so the back set higher already and then the previous owner had added some additional leaf spring pieces to the front to level it out.  Looked as though it had about a 2 inch lift, but set stock.

Ok that's two for no lift. The seller states that the trick is lifted. i'm trying to duplicate the look/lift on my truck. the back of my truck is that height but the front is lower. My truck has a factory towing package (sits higher in the back). For my 2wd what are my options for lifting the front. No hard off roading, just couple of bumps to my fishing hole.

Big block 1 ton springs are going to make is sit up the highest in the front end of a 2 wheel drive truck.  http://forum.73-87chevytrucks.com/smforum/index.php/topic,25053.0.html is my one ton extended cab, sits perfectly even and with slightly larger tires would give you the look you are going for I believe
