lowering & tire size advice

i have a 78 & just got 15x10 rims,i wanna put them on soon put plan to lower it 2/4 or 4/6.Really want 4/6 but dnt noe if i would be able to go that low with the 15x10's all around? any suggestions to make this possible??

If you are running 4/6 and 15x10's and inner fenders and have some bumpy roads they are going to hit.  What kind of backspacing are the wheels?

idk i havnt measured yet. wat would i have to measure, the back of the tire to the fender im guessing?

     He means backspacing of the rims.  Rims can have backspacing or actually the opposite and have forward spacing.  Check these out.
