Your bezel definitely has had better days.

The '81-up gauge bezel can work, but if I remember right, it just doesn't fit right at the top when using the 73-80 padded dash.

Check with the site administrator, CaptKaos. Also, if there are any salvage yards in your area, look in the 73-80 trucks (i.e., the round headlight models) for the bezel. If you find one, make sure to get the lower part that goes under the column and keep in mind that the a/c bezel is different than the heater only bezel (a/c vent cutouts on the a/c bezels, no vent cutouts and a storage pocket on the heater truck bezel).  Lastly, keep an eye on ebay as instrument bezels do show up there from time to time at reasonable prices.

The cluster housing is busted where someone decided to put aftermarket gauges in the lower left slot, if you plan to put a factory gauge in there, you are going to have issues as it appears there is no contact on for the factory gauge to get power.  The one to the right of it where someone put a tach "appears" to be ok.

The ears usually can be fixed if you have all the pieces by glueing it with expoxy for plastic.  It isn't a cosmetic piece so it just needs to hold.  With that said, with the hole in the lower left, I don't think you are going to be able to use this cluster, and you will need one which matches what you have and that is 1973-74 ONLY.
