I just picked this up a month ago. Sorry for the crappy pics as it's still in storage.

Take the old man crap off it, decent sized system, maybe some buckets, flip kit and basic front bag to be done this summer. Next winter the cab comes off for driver's side floor and rocker, porterbuilt front crossmember, tubular control arms, kp 6 link and possibly a body drop. 24s, front and rear brake kit, and a healthier sbc when the wallet allows.

The truck is home and I'm really wishing the weather wasn't so bad when I bought it because i couldn't drive it. It needs a major tune up, half the dash lights don't work, and I didn't notice the lever to turn the heat on is broken/missing. I'm fairly pissed off at myself for not noticing this crap.
Anyway, here's Shirley..

You can always think on the positive side. Now you have stuff to work on and get experience.

I found the lever under the dash to open the heating duct and the dash lights randomly came back on last night. I'm happy

Is there any rust or damage from the running boards being mounted ?

There are a couple of unsightly holes drilled in the pinch and the bottom of the bed sides was pulled a bit. No rust. I'm more worried about the holes that will be left when I remove the checkerplate. I'm undecided as to whether or not i like it, but I don't want it to rust underneath.
