tail light bulb replacement

ok very newbie question here but im trying to get my truck ready to go for inspection.  a break light is out.  to change the bulb I see some screws on the tailight lens, is that how i'd access the bulb to replace it?  anything else I should know.

Yes remove those screws to access the bulbs.

autozone or advance, napa, oreillys etc should have em no prob. just replaced mine a few months ago, like $4.99 for 2.
