2wd Shocks

hey guys...im runnin an 86 2wd shortbed with totally stock suspension (no drop-no lift) just stock and it rides pretty rough...i live in an area thats got alot of bumpy back roads so im lookin for a shock that will help me out alittle....any ideas on whats a decent shock?

     Are you looking for just a stock replacement type ?  I like Monroe or KYB for just stock applications.
     If you are looking for a little bit more advanced than stock, you need to do some reading up on shocks to pick what suits you best, you said you have a bunch of bumpy roads, so you should look for one that can be adjusted, a lot of times only the compression can be adjusted, unless a higher end shock is bought.

not really lookin for something ajustable...just stock replacement but i dont wanna get junky replacements...i will look into the monroe and kyb shocks thanks
