1979 Chevy C10 hood latch frame

Is this part available new from any supplier? Previous owner hacked it up and I have looked and have not found it anywhere, and I'm not sure about its correct part name either. Thanks for any help!

I will have to look but I don't think they offer that top piece..  Let you know soon...

I have checked with all of my suppliers and companies I have done business with and I can't find that part.  It is the upper valence or grille support.  It is specific to the 73-80 trucks and you will need to source one from a donor.
