Sorry if this has been discussed on here before but I looked and could not find it.  I am going through and fixing the many leaks on my newly acquired 77 K10 with a 400sb and a TH350.  I am doing the differentials today.  What is the recommended gear oil for the front and rear diffs?

I am also doing the tranny pan and filter today.  how many quarts will the tranny need?

If I have time I am gonna try to knock out the oil pan and timing cover as well.  any tips on this.  Oil pan looks pretty easy but looks can be deceiving.

Front & rear axle take 80/90 gear oil.
Not sure how much for the trans as its been a long time since doing a Th350. I'm thinking 5 to 8 quarts.
Oil pan isn't to bad. A little tight. It is easier with the timing cover off.

if i remeber right its been years also blaz but i think its like 3.5 qts for filter and 10 for total

thanks guys.  I had to let it sit for 2 weeks finishing it up tonight.  just finished the diffs and the tranny now im digging into the oil pan and possibly timing cover.
