Interior modification

Has anyone ever tried replacing the dash/steering column/etc. with those from a mid-90's truck? The idea's been rattling around in the back of my head for a while now, and was just seeing if it's ever been attempted.

i know i have definitely seen one or even a project thread either here or elsewhere on the net.  Might also want to try the 67-72 site.
