i know they make a adjustable one. i would think thats what he needs but i havnt touched or used one to know

there is nothing wrong with front disc/rear drum. You won't notice a big difference if you do the swap. If you were somehow going to integrate ABS then by all means swap to disc. You would notice more of a difference if you get some quality "blank" rotors up front with some nice ceramic pads.

im guessing this as well. wouldnt it just be easier to swap gears then do a whole axle swap?

na cause you have to get everything just right shims and you need special tools. it would be better if he could find one that is out of one of our trucks so its the right width and its a bolt in application

I did figure that'd it would be easier just to do an axle swap. Irish was right, I saw the gear ratio that I needed, and I figured this was something that I could do. I also saw that it has an autolocker. Win win is what was going on in my mind.

So, master cylinder  and a proportioning valve is what I need. I'll add it to the list.
