Suffix code????mystery

I have an 454 motor. No casting number...but got an suffix code of....t0316m6b.....I know the first 5 mean.the last three I can't find anywhere. Please help.the heads are 91-01 heads.suppose to be an stock vortec motor.

How can you have a motor that doesn't have a casting number.  All of them has casting numbers...
