12 bolt spool?

Im trying to figure out if 12 bolt car full spools interchange with the 12 bolt truck rear end any help would be appreciated thanks

I know the posi units arnt the same but I didn't see any other part number for a stranged spool and the eaton brand posi units use the same part number thanks for the reply
