Is it just me???

Say you want to view a picture that is posted in a thread that is larger than the page will allow.  You try to scroll over and it jumps around back and forth to like to facebook, twitter and all that other stuff you can do.  Is there any way to lower that option in the post, or is it just me and my ancient computer???

Well, I'm not used to this site yet so I'm probably no help at all, but maybe has to do with the monitor size?, I seen a couple of huge pics here with no problems but I also have a 27" monitor so that could make a difference..
