Hey all,
Just dropping in to check up on you all and see how you're getting on.
My '79 crew is 99% finished, it's been dyno'd and runs sweet. A little disappointed with the BHP 330 but the 520 lb/ft torque seems ok. It sure does pull well off the line!!
If you're on F/Book you may have seen an addition to the pick up part, not everyone's cup of tea but after being made redundant (Xmas eve!) I needed to take every opportunity to make some £'s (thats's $ haha)
The '75 Blazer has the front end torn down & fenders and hood have arrives and waiting to be fitted. A 350 4bolt has come my way and awaits a rebuild and two newer doors have been collected. Finish the crew off and I can get the welder out again.
That's about life so far this year, howz things with you?

Cheers all, yeah the crew turned out okay. I call it a 6 foot truck 'cos from 6' away it looks ace. Get any closer and you'll start to see the iffy paint!
The trucks/blazer type of vehicle are pretty rare over here so when the blazer came about I had to have it! I may send this one off to the paint shop but I'll still do all the welding & prep and it goes without saying my own little take/tweak on certain bits. As with the crew it'll look relatively standard, you'd be surprised how many people don't notice it has no door handles!
I'll keep you up to speed in the next couple of weeks on the blazer progress!!
Cheers
Andy
