buying a 87 3/4 ton

want to buy this truck,but cant hear it run yet having starter problems or somthing has new starter,wires,everything is new on this truck! if driven every day no problems but if left sitting for extended period of time the battery goes dead and starter grinds when an attempt is made to start the truck. help!!!!!
