Hello all. Just figured I'd give a quick whats up as a new member. Names Jason and I drive an 81 Chevy Cheyenne 3/4 ton 4x4. Its quite the thing, old, shity, rusty. I must say it is the best vehicle I've owned. I do not have much of a history on it. Picked it up from a guy who used it to go camping and road trips. It was sitting for about 6 months before I got their. Fired right up. It had a 305 carbed put into it from a low km donor truck. A bit cleaner for the most part. Headers to a true dual exhaust. Sounds really mean. Runs and drives really straight surprisingly, and the parking brake works! Haven't tried the 4x4 yet.
All and all, a great buy for 1000$. I've had it for about 4 months now. Done some regular maintenance here and their. The links are to pictures.
Hopefully I can gain some knowledge and pass some on. Thanks for reading, happy trails.
