dual gas tank problems

 Hi
     I'm having problems with my gas gauge not working on either tank . I believe it's a ground problem because it worked now and than  and finally it quit.  Does someone know where all ground wires to the tanks are located so I can check this. Possibly even color of wires if known.  I know it's asking alot but I haven't a clue.  Thanks in advance-------exausted       Oh 86silverado

There should be a blue ground going from the tank sending unit to the frame, and a pink(brown) wire from the harness to the sending unit.
