Blocks to lower rear? Good idea or bad?

would it be a good idea to use blocks to lower the rear of my truck another inch? ive already done the flip kit with my 3/5 lowering kit but i want to go lower, i think ima use coils in the front and i was wondering if i could use the blocks in the rear or if that wouldnt be a good idea?

You can use a shackle to get it down a little more.  How much lower are you wanting to go?  You can use blocks, but I wouldn't use to tall a block.

i was only planning on lowering it by an inch. I just thought the blocks would be alot easier and cheeper cause i can get them from Advanced for about 20 dollars. When i did the flip kit, it was a B trying to get the leaf spring back to the hanger so thats kind of why i was thinking blocks.

will that make it ride worse or make the rear squat easier when weight is on it?

If you pull the overload, no.  If you pull an actual leaf, it will change some though.  If you like the ride now and the capacity, use shackle.  If you remove the overload you won't be albe to "overload" the truck.
