Things are not looking to good out there for the classic car seller much less the truck guy. I have a 73 Custom Deluxe [ a keeper ] and a 75 F100 Supercab Ranger XLT.
My 06 Ram and my 73 CD will fit in my garage, not so with my Supercab. I fell in love with it, no rust, 390, auto, pw steering / brakes, AC 83,000 Oh yeah.
But I am in FL and anything that sits out dies, so as much as I love the truck I have it at a friends car lot for sale.
I took it there before eBay and Craig's List, to try and get top $. eBay has never got me top $ and CL, is %$&*.
My friend has a Smurf blood blue 69 C10 stepside on eBay now. It is going nowhere ! He got offered $10,000 for it last weekend, I think he should have took it.
He doesn't need the money to eat and the truck is garaged and not eating anything other than gas. But that was close to his asking price and there is the aggravation factor of selling it.
I guess when you get a fair price you should let it go ?
