8" Lift Questions

Swapping my 87 k10 body onto a new powdercoated shortbox frame with 1 ton axles. On my current truck with the 1/2ton frame/body, im running a 12" superlift with 39.5 boggers. The new frame im moving the body to has an 8" all spring superlift. I am trying to find as many pictures as possibly to see what i can fit under the 8" without trimming. I have googled my heart out and searched on the forum without much luck. This truck will strictly be a mall crawler/show truck. No wheeling whatsoever. Preference would be 38's or 38.5's but i wanted to see pics of that setup and confirm it would work.

i cant help you with pictures but im sure you can fit 38s with 8". there was someone on here that had a lift either 8 or 12 i will search for them

i have 9 inch lift (3 body 6 suspension) and i can fit 38s but idk if the body lift is what allows me to or if i had 9 in all suspension if i could still have 38s

I really wanted to stay away from a body lift when I made the move over to the new frame. I've seen the diy4x EZ inch product. Does that just move the axles forward or does it really help with another inch of lift/clearance? I think at 9", I would be pretty safe running 38's. Let me know if there are any additional alternatives to a body lift to gain 1/2" of lift...
Like I said, this truck will only be on the street, no offroad use.

the tire says LT395x70xR15.50 and there mounted on 16 inch rims so i guess there 15.5 inches according to google... i also use my truck for road use and i know my baja claws don't howl unless your going about 60+

I've got 35s on 8" of lift.  35-36" is the limit if you actually use your suspension.  38s might be pushing it even for a mall crawler.  The Easy-Inch will give you extra lift and push the front axle forward to allow the wheel to rotate back and in and give you more room to the firewall.
