81 Dash Pad - What years has speaker grills?

Got a 1981 c20 Chevrolet, When I got it had wiring all over for stuff that did not belong. Noticed the dash frame had openings for speakers, (which I picked up @ a salvage yard), But not the dash pad that's on there wont mount up right, so I need to find out what years, models had the speaker grills in the pad.

All of them how speaker openings in them. 
1973-78 and 1979-80 only have them in the center for the 4x10.
1981-1987(91) have them in all 3 places, to outisde and the center.
