lowering suburban questions
« on: February 23, 2006, 08:44:00 AM »
Hey guys newbie here.  I have a DJM 5/7 drop kit off of my 1986 C10.  I just bought a 1990 burban.  Will this kit work with the burban?  If not were can I get one.  Please help.  No one on fullsizechevy can help.

Well, is the 90 burb a half ton too?

Are the front components Spindles?  If so, the burb will have the 1.25" rotors.  If the spindles are for 1" rotors, they wouldn't work unless you were willing to use the 1" rotors.  As for the back, it will work.  Springs also.  If you are talking control arms instead of spindles, it all will work.
