hole for trip meter knob?
« on: October 29, 2013, 02:30:01 am »
I just purchased a mechanical trip meter speedometer to replace my nontrip speedometer, but I am unsure of where to drill the clear plastic.  Would anyone be able to give me some measurements?  Thanks!

I would have to check and see if I have one with a hole in it loose, but did you not get the glass cover with it?

Nope, just the gauge off of ebay since it was the same price as what the junkyard would want.  We're short staffed at work and my hours are the same as the picknpull, so I haven't been able to get over there yet despite my growing list of parts I want.  I figure I might as well try my luck at making my own hole.

I don't have any here with the hole.  I might have one at my shop but I won't be there until this weekend.
