Identify these wheels & need centercaps/rims

Hi,
Bought an '86 C-10 Silverado and pictured are the wheels that were on it when I bought it.  They are 15's and have 75/225 tires on them.  The glove compartment data says "options, rally wheels."  Do you think these are the original?

What spec's do I need to look for on Ebay or elsewhere to find some center caps and rims? 

Are these what you call "Rally" wheels?

From the photo, your wheels appear to be 1988-up Chevrolet/GMC C-1500 stock wheels without the trim rings or center caps. 

The lug nuts appear to be the correct style for 1986.

The '88-up uses fake plastic 'lug nuts' to hold the cap to the wheel.  The plastic 'lugs' on the '88-up center caps threaded onto threads on the outside of the lug nuts.

If you want to complete those wheels, you'll need 1988-up C1500 trim rings, center caps and the lug-nuts. 

If I remember correctly, the '88-up lug nuts are metric and your lugs are standard. So you would need to get '88-up style lug nuts with a standard thread for your wheel lugs.

Those lug nuts are easy to find. When I put the wheels off my 2002 Silverado 2500HD on my gooseneck trailer I bought new 1/2" lug nuts off of eBay that had the thread for the hub cap.

Hi, yes I saw those on Ebay.  My 2002 S-10 had the same type of lug nuts with the black plastic threaded cap.  To get these wheels in the condition they're supposed to be in, I'll probably have to paint them and with about $150 off Ebay I can get the center caps, trim rings, and lug nuts.

Maybe I took the long way around..  But I wound up using the center caps for this year model (86) which my dad also has the identical center caps on his G20 '79 van..  which has the three mounting holes.  Ebay for $58 for a set of four including shipping.  Had to drill three holes in the wheel and use thin head 5/16" bolts and nuts.  Worked out very well.  The only set of trim rings I could find that fit this wheel correctly were the thin ones, which look okay - $24 on Ebay shipped.  Anyway, thanks for the information on what wheels I have, I was unsure about the whole thing.  Sure made a difference in the appearance, even a dented up truck looks better with finished wheels.  See attached photos.
