Engine Swap???

Have a 74 Chevy 250 3 speed and Im wanting to swap it out with a 350 crate motor that's in my 86 chevy  4x4 with a TH350. How big a pain is this gonna be. Ive never attempted a motor swap before. What may I encounter.

Are both 4x4s, if so pretty simple.
