Mud tires?

What type of mud tires do y'all like? I'm looking to buy something that's good in the mud but can take the 475 mile round trip home from school and back so nothing like boggers will work for me. A/T don't really do everything I want off road. Ive been looking at the bfg Mud Terrains and General Grabbers. I do a mix of mud and rocky trails. Also I'm wanting 35s that will fit my 15s. Any input is appreciated!

Everything I own has 16" wheels. Among other brands/types, I've run these tires with good results:

dont recall what sizes are available, but I love cooper discoverer STT's in anything..mud, snow, dry pavement, and they wear like iron.

Those coopers have the size I want and they look well reviewed! I cant decide between them, General Grabbers(I love the look of the red, since my truck is also red), and BFG Mud Terrains

Swampers are not good IMO to soft. Ground hawgs are much harder till they sold out to the same company that makes hawgs. Idk if they are softer now but I know swampers you might get 20k out of them

Not to mention I would get stuck with swampers 4x2 in mud puddles and snow once packed

really !!!!!!!! dang i better start saving up . This is my first 4x4 and they came with the truck semi new. i go back and fourth from work my truck is daily driver 6 Mile round trip luckily. Has anyone  heard of these Humvee tires great price can we use them on our trucks?

Don't have that style but my "road" tires are 37.5x12(i think)x16.5 better mpgs (7 with swampers and 9-10 with Goodyear ), from what i understand they're good on rocks when aired down. They did halfway decent in snow and mud. Hold up well to tire wear. The bad 16.5" rim hard to get them on a rim (think tires are stiffer ) took a shop a couple hours to do one tire. We can do on in about 10 minutes but you need starting fluid. And 16.5 tires are expensive and harder to find so the rims are only good for these tires if you want to save money. Only paid $75 for mine with shipping it was Idk 400. Tires still have plenty of tread left and are start to dry rot nothing bad just something to keep an eye on. I got mine I want to say 3 years ago

sweet i will run those next then i have 16" Rims now on my truck just need see if they are 16 1/2  if they are just 16" would the tires not fit?

Afaik no. Think about it you normally only get 1/2" of mounting surface with a normal tire.   Should be a sticker on the inside of the rim saying these are 16.5" rims do not mount 16" rims. I wouldn't run it on the road with miss match rims/tires. I bought those aluminum rims years ago for my 4x4 build. Only paid 300 for the rims cause 16.5 aren't desirable due to lack of tire choices

BFG Km2 great all around tire.  I run Super Swamper Iroks on my rock crawler and they are great in rocks but lousy in the gooey stuff.
