Door panels in store

What is the difference between the suv and truck door panels for sale in the store? I have a 91 v10 blazer, which one would work?

The SUV version has the smaller insert around the handle and comes with pull straps
The truck version has a the larger cloth insert and doesn't come with pull straps.
NONE of the factory pieces will work on either of these.
